LOCATION

Bodywork I travel to clients home’s for my services. I bring everything that I will need to provide services and will travel within the Bay Area(rates will vary for cities).

Yoga I work at this time for Crunch Fitness, Mission Cliffs, doing free pop up yoga classes around the city and offering in home private teachings.

Training can be at Alex Fitness located in the Castro district of SF or in-home services are also offered when a client has a personal gym at their residents or equipment.

RATES

Bodywork

60 minutes $155

90 minutes $185

*Sessions over 90 minutes I only offer to existing clients*

When traveling to any locations outside of SF a travel rate is added on based upon bridge tolls and milage to a clients residence.

Training and Yoga

60 minute session $125

90 minutes $155

AVAILABILITY AND BOOKING

To book please email me, call or text to find out my availability.

With bodywork I can generally find time in the same week to see clients, however if you are looking for specific times it may be a week to two weeks out.

Yoga and training I like to keep a consistent schedule with my clients and we would set that up during a consultation to determine.

CANCELLATION POLICY

WITH ANY SERVICES CLIENTS PAY UP FRONT

BODYWORK A CLIENT PAYS 50% OF THE SERVICES THAT ARE SCHEDULED WHICH IS A RETAINER FEE AS WELL AND IS NONE REFUNDABLE. THIS IS APPLEID IF A CLIENT IS CANCELING WITHIN A 24-48 HOUR WINDOW FROM A SCHEDULED SESSION. IF A CLIENT CANCELS WITHIN THE 24 HOURS OF A APPOINTMENT THEY ARE BILLED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF A SESSION.

TRAINING AND YOGA CLIENTS PURCHASE PACKAGES BASED UPON THE SCHEDULE THEY ARE PLANING TO KEEP WITH ME. AS WITH BODYWORK IF A CLIENT CANCELS THEIR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24-48 HOURS THEY ARE BILLED 50% AND WITHIN THE 24 HOUR WINDOW OF THEIR APPOINTMENT THEY ARE BILLED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SCHEDULED SESSION.
